Connectivity Plus Policy

We are excited to announce that ThrivePass will serve as the new plan administrator the Connectivity Reimbursement Program! The Connectivity Plus Policy is a two part policy:

• • The first part is the Annual Reimbursement of $200 USD (or local country equivalent) where individuals are entitled to reimbursement of expenses for working remotely every year of their employment. This Reimbursement can be used anytime throughout the year, and reimbursement must be submitted through ThrivePass by December 1^st  
  • The second part is a monthly stipend which is automatically added to your paycheck and is intended to cover the reasonable expenses relating to an individual working remotely (such as internet bills) $150 USD (or local country equivalent)
• Please refer to the Policy for country specific amounts.

Important Dates:

October 1 – Employees can begin submitting Connectivity Reimbursements through ThrivePass. Expenses will no longer be accepted through Concur.

November 30 – Final deadline for Connectivity Reimbursements for 2025. Requests submitted after this date will count toward your 2026 budget.

Eligibility

All FULL-TIME and PART-TIME Alteryx employees are eligible for the Annual Reimbursement and the Monthly Stipend.

How to Submit Reimbursements

All reimbursements will be submitted through the ThrivePass portal:

• Log in to ThrivePass via SSO from your My Apps
• Click on the Thrive Account tile.
• Submit your reimbursement request and upload your receipts.
• ThrivePass will review your submission.
• If approved, your reimbursement will be processed.
