Alteryx supports your healthy choices by providing reimbursements for gym memberships, registration fees, etc. The Company will reimburse up to 7 025 CZK annually. Reimbursements are direct-deposited annually during December payroll.

In lieu of meal tickets and vouchers, Alteryx will deposit the employer portion of the contributions through payroll. Meal tickets (or allowance) is provided to all employees part-time and full-time, 1 meal ticket per work day as long as the associates works at least 3 hours on that day.
One meal ticket allowance is equal to 123,90 CZK where the associate funds 45% while the employer funds 55% and paid out one month in arrears.

Prioritize your physical and mental health.
By getting plenty of sleep, incorporating regular exercise, and healthy eating habits, you not only are taking care of your physical health but your mental health as well. Try home workouts from YouTube, and schedule video therapy appointments to keep your body and mind healthy
Take regular work breaks.
Make sure to schedule time away from your desk to get fresh air and sunlight.
Work at staying connected.
FaceTime or call family, friends and colleagues to catch up and visit (virtually through video when possible).
Use your free time to relax.
Relax with reading, music, a fun hobby, or meditation – the Calm app is a great resource. Listen to calming sounds or music – YouTube has a library of nature and meditation content to stream in the background during work time and kids school time. Try searching for “ocean waves crashing”, “nature”, “space scenery”, and “meditation frequency music”.
Focus on things in your life that are going well and that you can control.
Shifting your focus on the things that are going well in your life can give you a sense of control in challenging times. Try writing down three things you are grateful for everyday.
Limit how much time you spend reading or watching the news.
Watching too much news and/or TV can lead to anxiety, depression and increased stress according to the American Psychological Association. Stick to factual sites such as the World Health Organization (WHO) at who.int or the Center of Disease Control (CDC) at cdc.gov.

Alteryx recognizes that pension provisions are an important part of your benefits and as such we offer employer match benefits towards the pension savings of your choice! Alteryx will match 1 to 1 of the employee contribution up to 3% of basic salary not to exceed 50 000 CZK per year. Employees are required to contribute towards a current Pension Savings provider or will need to select and contribute towards a Pension Savings provider in order to receive the employer match. Enrollments will be processed on an individual basis according to each employees nominated provider from the beginning of the first complete month. Holidays falling on a weekend, no alternative or additional holiday/paid time off is given.
Regular full-time and part-time employees earn paid annual leave equal to (25) days per year OR (200) hours per year. Balances are front-loaded January 1st, all time off will rollover year to year with no maximum. New hires receive a pro-rated amount based on their week of hire. Part-time associates receive a grant based on % FTE. Balances will be prorated for mid-year departure upon payout.
Regular full-time and part-time employees working 30 hours or more are eligible for up to sixteen (16) workweeks of paid leave bonding time following the birth or adoption of a child. Regular full-time and part-time employees earn (2) days OR (16) hours per employees’ marriage, (1) day paid, (1) day unpaid, (1) day unpaid per child’s marriage, and (1) day unpaid per parent’s wedding.
Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for up to (20) hours of paid leave per year.
Regular full-time and part-time employees beginning at hire are eligible for unpaid time off in the extent necessary for voting.

Your employer-sponsored reimbursement allowance may count as additional income and thus may be a taxable benefit. This is important to consider as it may affect the amount of income shown on your wage and earnings statement at the end of year and create a tax liability.
Your Progyny Global benefit budget covers eligible fertility and family building treatments and services offered by approved fertility clinics in-country and abroad in line with local legislation. You‘ll find further information in our Member Portal and the navigator.

The benefit provides a lump sum payment to your dependents or nominated person(s) in the event of your death. The attached beneficiary form must be completed to nominate a beneficiary in the event of your death, please forward form to benefits@alteryx.com to add to your records.
The benefit provides lump sum payment to you in case an accident or sickness that results in 3rd-degree disability pursuant to the social security regulations valid in the Czech Republic.
Benefits are provided in case of an accident that limits the function of body organs or their loss due to an accident for which improvement is no longer possible. The degree of invalidity means the extent of permanent consequences, the amount of which is determined as a percentage. The maximum benefit is 6x the sum insured.
Insured event means the execution of some of the operations or diseases by any of the diseases specified in the insurance conditions.
The insured claim is temporary work incapability recognized and confirmed by your attending physician, which occurred in consequence of the illness or injury that occurred in the Czech Republic. Insurance indemnity is paid from the 29th date of work disability. Insurance indemnity is paid for a period of maximally 548 days for each insured claim.
