Here’s how it works:

1. Select and enroll in the coverage that’s right for you and your pet.
2. Take your pet to the vet.
3. Pay the bill.
4. Send the bill and your claim to MetLife via the online portal, email, fax or mail.
5. Receive reimbursement by check if the claim expense is covered under the policy.
