COBRA Payments

  • Effective 9/1/2025, all COBRA premium payments must be made through ThrivePass.
  • Register your account at nexus.thrivepass.com/registration.
  • Set up your payments online (options include one-time or recurring ACH and credit card payments).
  • Please take action promptly—failure to register and set up payments may result in termination of coverage.
