If you enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), you are eligible to open a Health Savings Account (HSA), administered by HSA Bank. Contributions cannot exceed the annual IRS maximums. If you are age 55 or over, you may contribute an additional $1,000.

Within the Member Website one can download the Name Change Request form or contact the Client Assistance Center.

The debit card should have arrived 10-14 business days after enrollments are processed. If it has not yet arrived and need to order a new one, log into the Member Website or contact the Client Assistance Center.
