Fertility Care & Family Planning

Eligible Alteryx employees have access to employer-sponsored funds which can be used towards fertility treatments and family planning services. Alteryx’s inclusive program is designed to support every unique parenthood journey and covers fertility education and assessments, fertility preservation, in vitro fertilization, surrogacy, adoption and more. Participants also have access to virtual chats with physicians and other specialists, an expert-authored library of educational resources, and access to a dedicated Care Team.

Eligibility begins on your date of hire

Must be a full-time employee, scheduled to work 30+ hours per week. Excludes interns, part-time employees, and contractors.

In the US, fertility benefits are integrated with a company-sponsored group health plan. To be eligible, a US employee must be enrolled in an Alteryx-sponsored medical plan. Therefore, if you are currently waiving medical benefits then you are not eligible for Carrot.

Get started

Step 1 – Register as a Participant
Register as a participant at: https://app.get-carrot.com/signup/ using your alteryx.com work email address. Once you are enrolled, you can change the email to your personal email address.

Step 2 – Find a Clinic
A dedicated Carrot Care Team is here to help you get started! Get in touch at support@get-carrot.com.

Step 3 – Get reimbursed (two options)
1. Pay for care out-of-pocket then simply submit a detailed paid invoice or “Superbill” (with the breakdown of services rendered) to Carrot for approval. Carrot will reimburse you directly to your bank account on file within the first 10 days of the month following your request.
2. Pay for care using Carrot’s benefit eligible card. Request the card, swipe at your clinic or agency, then upload a detailed paid invoice or “Superbill” (with the breakdown of services rendered) within 2 weeks of the transaction date to Carrot for approval.
