February 21-25, 2022
There will be a company-wide shutdown week starting Monday, February 21, 2022. This is a week we will all take off across the company and across the globe as a way by which to give us all time and space to recharge.
Alteryx recognizes the value of balancing work and life. Regular full-time employees earn paid vacation time based on years of service. Please see below grid for accrual rates.
FTO-eligible employees may decide how much time to take off from work on regular business days as long as they receive manager approval. FTO is not a form of wages that is earned by working but is instead a feature of Alteryx’s flexible work schedule, which allows exempt employees to generally decide when and how much time to take off, as long as they are meeting their work commitments.
FTO-eligible employees are expected to (a) timely and satisfactorily perform their job duties; (b) be regularly available during normal working hours to meet with other employees or customers; (c) shoulder their fair or assigned share of the Company’s workload; (d) cover for colleagues who are out of the office; and (e) notify their supervisor in advance of any absence (unless notice cannot be provided for unexpected illness), and follow their supervisor’s requests as to the scheduling of absences. If an employee is not meeting these expectations, a manager may deny the employee’s requested FTO. And except as otherwise allowed by law, failure to schedule FTO in advance or to meet the expectations of this FTO policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
