Holidays falling on a Saturday are observed the Friday before. Holidays falling on a Sunday are observed the following Monday.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Benefits are available to all full-time employees in Ukraine beginning the 1st of the month following 90 days of service.

Below is a summary of the benefits offered.

Plan Feature Benefits
Extended Health A group health insurance plan covers expected out-of-pocket cost and provides access to a wider range of high quality facilities through networks. Additional services also include the following:
Outpatient treatment – covering consultations including general practitioners, tests, emergency aid and medicines;
Inpatient treatment – covering consultations, tests, treatment, medicines, hospital accommodation and food;
Emergency services – covers transportation, first aid, hospitalization and medicines.
Extended Dental Covers up to UAH 8,000 for examinations, tests, fillings, extractions and treatment of a disease.
Extended Vision Covers up to UAH 3,000 for examinations, tests and treatment of a disease.
Preventive Massage 10 session per year- 1 massage zone – at the request of the insured person.
Maternity Limit per case – UAH 13,000 (10,000 – pregnancy and 3,000 – childbirth).
Group Life & Permanent Total Disability The benefit provides a lump sum payment to your dependents or nominated person(s) in the event of your death. The benefit is 3x’s your Basic Annual Salary.

Cost of Coverage

Alteryx will cover 100% of premium for employees and their dependents.

New Hires/Joiners

New hires who wish to participate must complete an enrollment form within the first 90 days of employment.

Adding & Removing Dependents

If you experience a life event such as marriage, divorce or birth of child, you may add/remove dependents from your plan. Please email the Benefits Team right away so that we can either add/remove dependents, you will have 30 days from date of event to make any changes.

Additional Perks

Fertility Care & Family Planning Eligible Alteryx employees have access to employer-sponsored funds which can be used towards fertility treatments and family planning services. Alteryx’s inclusive program is designed to support every unique parenthood journey and covers fertility education and assessments, fertility preservation, in vitro fertilization, surrogacy, adoption and more. Participants also have access to virtual chats with physicians and other specialists, an expert-authored library of educational resources, and access to a dedicated Care Team.

Tuition Reimbursement Program Alteryx invests in your education and career development. Eligible employees may receive up to 140,000.00 UAH annually for qualified expenses in a pre-approved course of study from an accredited university. Please send your request directly to HR at benefits@alteryx.com.

Please note: trainings, certifications, Udacity course, language course are example of trainings/courses that fall outside of the pursuit of a degree and therefore do not qualify for Tuition Reimbursement. Please work with your manager directly when requesting this type of reimbursement.

Wellness Reimbursement Alteryx supports your healthy choices by providing reimbursements for gym memberships, registration fees, etc. The Company will reimburse you up to 8,040.00 UAH annually. Reimbursements are direct-deposited annually in the month of December.

Paid Annual Leave Regular full-time and part-time employees earn paid annual leave equal to (28) days per year OR (224) hours per year, (31) days per year OR (248) hours per year for disabled persons and top managers. Balances are front-loaded January 1st, all unused days/hours will rollover and will not expire. New hires receive a pro-rated amount based on their month of hire. Balances will be prorated for mid-year departure upon payout.

Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for up to (20) hours of paid leave per year.

Unpaid Time Off Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for unpaid time off, up to (10) days OR (80) hours due to marriage.

Bereavement Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for up to (7) days per event, depending on relationship.
